Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) President Brian Lewis has claimed COVID-19 vaccinations can help to resume team sports at a grassroots level in the country.

In recent months, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Cycling Federation in particular, has made significant steps toward finally realising a future that includes sport tourism.

Researchers said results highlight the need to continue with face coverings, social distancing and handwashing alongside vaccine programmes.
